Selection Criteria:

• For a full-time University Campus undergraduate education major with demonstrated financial need as determined by a current and complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA);
• Majoring in education
• From Mahoney City or other PA resident, after which other out-of-state students can be considered.
