Gaston R. and Evelyn De Groote Scholarship

Selection Criteria:

• For full-time residential students at University Campus;
• First preference for students from Nazareth, East Flanders, Belgium, with a maximum of three academically qualified students receiving awards of $15,000 each, renewable up to three years;
• Next preference will be for domestic students with demonstrated financial need as determined by a current and complete FAFSA, receiving scholarship awards of $3,500 each, non-renewable, however, current recipients are encouraged to re-apply annually;
• Special consideration to be given to students from the Catholic parish in Riverview, FL;
• Next preference will be for international students with financial need, receiving scholarship awards of $3,500each, non-renewable, however, current recipients are encouraged to re-apply annually; and,
• After designated preferences have been satisfied, the University may make awards to any needy student of high scholastic standing.
