Selection Criteria:

  • For fulltime WorldWide full-time student residing in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Hampton, or Newport News.
  • Must have demonstrated financial need
  • GPA of 3.0 or above; and,
  • Must have completed and passed a minimum of 30 credit hours of Saint Leo classes by the end of Spring 1 term each year
  • Scholarship is not renewable, one-time only award.
