Arthur F. Kirk, Jr. Presidential Scholarship

Selection Criteria:

• For a full-time University Campus undergraduate with significant financial need as determined by a current and complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); and,
• First preference for active duty military students;
• Second preference for student veterans;
• Third preference for first responders (federal, state and local sworn duty officers) to help bridge gaps for tuition assistance after agency and government funding is applied.
• A secondary preference is for any student studying cybersecurity or crisis management.
